Why a Trafford
coaches association (TCA)?
There are
a number of organisations within the borough who employ coaches permanently;
and on an ad hoc basis. However at this present time there are no standards
set to ensure good practice is taking place within the borough.

What is the TCA?
TCA is
a borough wide association for qualified coaches, which aims to
support & develop the provision of quality coaching that takes place
within Trafford. The scheme requires coaches to demonstrate their
competence & suitability to work with a group of performers especially
young people.
